Here are some pictures of the puppies at 4 weeks old and they are so cute and they are a lot of fun and cute. Rob and I found out we were watching abc news. 111th congress introduced Humanity and Pets Parnered Through the Years (HAPPY) Act effective 12-31-2009 which amends the IRS code of 1986 which allows a deduction for pet care ecpenses which it was introduced by Congressman Thaddeus McCotter (R - Mich) which is know as (HR3501) because of the ecomony which allows up to $3,500.00 write off on your taxes. Why they want to do this is because to many people are abandoning pets.
