After
I thought I would post a before and after picture of myself because I have lost over 30 lbs. I am proud of myself that I did that. I have more weight to loose. I go to Gold's Gym here in Logan and they had a competition and I won my age group and I could win 12,500.00 and on top of that I could win 2,000.00. In June Gold's Gym is giving away a trip to Hawaii I can't wait for the weigh in. So here are the pictures of myself.
